Freedom Classical Academy understands the importance of parents in the educational process. In fact, one of our core beliefs is that parents bear the primary responsibility for their child's education and that we are merely here to help parents fulfill this responsibility. To enable parents to engage more fully in their child's education, we encourage parents to volunteer at the school. There are no required service hours and no student will be penalized for their parents service record at the school.
Parent Advisory Committee
Freedom Classical Academy does not have a PTA/PTO organization. Instead, we create ad-hoc committees for projects as they come up. This helps avoid burning out volunteers while still providing meaningful service opportunities.
In order to provide administration with feedback from the parental perspective, Freedom Classical Academy has formed a Parent Advisory Committee. Our PAC meets once per quarter and all current parents/guardians at the school are permitted to participate.
